At Adame Roofing, customer satisfaction is very important to us. We are committed to providing high-quality roofing services and a professional experience. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be issued for services rendered.

1. Refund Eligibility

Because roofing services involve labor, time, and materials, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. You may be eligible for a partial or full refund under the following conditions:

  • The service was not completed as agreed upon in the contract

  • A significant issue was caused by our team’s workmanship, and you notify us within a reasonable time

  • You cancel prior to service or material order, and we haven’t incurred costs yet

2. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • Work has already been substantially completed or finished

  • Damage was caused by outside factors (e.g. storms, structural issues not related to roofing)

  • Materials were already ordered or installed

  • Customer delays or cancellations without proper notice

Include your name, service address, date of service, and a clear explanation of the issue. We will review your request and respond within 7 business days.

4. Dispute Resolution

If an agreement on the refund cannot be reached, we are open to working with a third-party mediator or local dispute resolution center to reach a fair outcome.

5. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a new “Effective Date.”
