Distinctive profiles, with impact resistance where applicable. 24-GAUGE STANDING SEAM Architectural steel with PVDF/Kynar 500 finish, concealed clips and fasteners, snap-lock or mechanically seamed panels as appropriate, and custom-fabricated trim and flashing. COPPER & ZINC Copper standing seam in 16 oz or 20 oz, with snap-lock or mechanically seamed joints depending on design. Copper flat-lock, shingles and tiles are also available. Architectural zinc standing seam uses approximately 0.7–0.8 mm material and concealed fasteners. STONE-COATED & WEATHERING STEEL Westlake Royal / Unified Steel profiles offer tile, shake and shingle looks. Corten / weathering steel in 22 or 24 gauge offers architectural corrugated profiles and a naturally developing patina for mountain, ranch, rustic and contemporary homes. CLAY, CONCRETE TILE & NATURAL SLATE Ludowici and Gladding, McBean clay tile; Westlake Royal Barcelona 900, Villa 900 and Saxony 900 concrete tile. Natural slate can be paired with copper valleys, flashing and accessories for an estate-grade assembly. DAVINCI COMPOSITE ROOFING DaVinci Select Shake and Multi-Width Slate provide premium synthetic shake and composite slate options. ADDITIONAL SPECIALTY SYSTEMS Terne-coated stainless steel and cedar shake, where local fire codes and project requirements allow. We work with homeowners, architects and custom home builders on materials suited to luxury, historic and mountain homes throughout Southern Colorado. UNDERLAYMENT & WEATHER PROTECTION GCP Grace Ice & Water Shield HT, Grace Ultra and other premium high-temperature self-adhered membranes where required. CertainTeed DiamondDeck, RoofRunner or comparable manufacturer-approved synthetic underlayments, selected for compatibility with the roof assembly. FLASHING, VENTILATION & FASTENERS Custom 24-gauge PVDF/Kynar-coated steel trim and flashing for premium standing seam; copper valleys and flashing for compatible specialty assemblies. Project-specific step, counter, chimney, wall and pipe flashing. Concealed ridge ventilation for standing seam or balanced ridge and soffit ventilation where applicable. Stainless steel or manufacturer-specified fasteners and concealed clips. For slate, clay tile, copper and zinc, the entire assembly is designed around the material, including its underlayment, flashing, ventilation and fastening requirements.
